Jayne M. Snyder

Jayne assists with the negotiation, preparation, and management of various real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties and retail spaces, as well as projects relating to the Endangered Species Act, the Clean Water Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, and the National Historical Preservation Act. Prior to joining Smith Robertson LLP, Jayne served clients in the New York City metropolitan area in a variety of civil transactions and litigation including real estate and corporate and commercial matters. Jayne currently lives in Austin, TX and enjoys being involved the community and exploring Austin’s many greenspaces with her husband and dog.
